What a pleasant surprise today! We received a thoughtful thank you card from the pediatric ward at Lowell General Hospital. That's right, the buffaloes are coming...to congregate on a quilt top. The studio design wall is already filling up with buffalo designs and templates. Here's some fabric color samples for our newest quilt project.
This particular quilt project is being created for a Wood Badge Quartermaster. The fabric colors chosen for this quilt are based on the MacLaren tartan. Where do the buffalo come in? Wood Badge has eight different representative "critters": beaver, bobwhite, eagle, fox, owl, bear, buffalo and antelope. Don't forget to check back for more updates on this project.
