About Needle & Design

We sew crib-sized baby quilts designed to match your nursery theme or colors. Our quilt colors can range from shades of blue or pink to match the gender of your baby to neutral color options for those keeping it a surprise. We try to accommodate a variety of nursery themes including but not limited to frogs, fish, pirates, boats, woodland creatures, and rainbows. We offer quilts with simple patterns to more elaborate patterns. Our goal is to help design a quilt that fits your tastes and provides a homemade feel for your nursery.

Needle & Design helps build business identities. We’ve worked with a couple small businesses to help them build out their identity and share it with their customers. Starting with designing a new logo or using an existing logo, we can help you order products like banners, business cards, shirts, and reusable bags. Additionally, we can build out your presence across social networks including Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

About Me

I grew up in Rehoboth, Massachusetts just east of Providence, RI. I attended and graduated from Bristol County Agricultural High School. After high school graduation, I studied Equine Management at SUNY Morrisville State College for a year. Like many students in their first year of college, I changed my major and school.

I relocated to my hometown and continued my education at Bristol Community College with the intent of earning my Associate's Degree in graphic design. However, I took a year off and relocated to the Virginia area, transferring my credits to George Mason University. At George Mason, I sucessfully completed my Bachelor's of Fine Arts Degree at the School of Visual Arts & Technology after studying Graphic Design. I currently reside in Northeastern Massachusetts with my husband, our son and two dogs.
